A Story…

Zeke’s Gold Candied Jalapeños™ is inspired by the infamous American condiment, known as ‘cowboy candy’. And, a pure, obsessive, love for all things jalapeño. After missing this favourite fixin’, we set about creating our own version.

Since the beginning, Zeke’s Gold™ has been about inspiring people ‘to run towards the heat’, to push the boundaries, and challenge Kiwis connection to jalapeño heat! We use a tiny but mighty jar of magic as a vehicle that allows for social connection, by sharing a fiery treat that ignites the senses. 

Lezlie and Nicky are co-conspirators of Zeke’s Gold™ - ‘for us, it’s always been about the heat, the spice, the fire, and the tempt of life.’
